The 10DHC helped switch my default away from bagels, donuts, and afternoon cookies to much healthier food options like fruit, carrot sticks with red beet hummus, protein balls, and blueberry almond scones; really delicious choices that have transformed my otherwise lazy, convenient eating habits. I feel fantastic and have lots of energy. In our fast-paced Hot Pocket world, the Challenge is a godsend that I plan to use the rest of my life!Michael
While I’m a somewhat healthy eater, it is always good to learn about new foods to incorporate into one’s diet. Haley and Claudine’s 10 Day Health Challenge introduced me to some new options and recipes. Plus is was fun and doable! Most notably for me is almond meal. I love almonds and have made pie crust with nuts but never knew I could bake muffins, cookies, etc., with this great product. The other favorite addition to my diet is green tea matcha. The 10-day winter health challenge was a wonderful gift from some friends. I felt satiated and calmer than usual and didn’t experience any sugar highs or lows. I have been a long-term WeightWatcher member, including being a lifetime member. However, I have psychologically plateaued, and the 10 Day Health Challenge helped me jumpstart a change. Thank you for this opportunity to test my limit and ability to stick to a routine; it’s not easy. It’s even harder to start building habits for eating clean. I am usually a semi-clean eater, but I do splurge because I just love flavorful food. The Challenge, however, taught me how to be truly conscious of what I put in my body. Also, what I thought I knew about “being healthy” is actually very lacking and limited. Thank you again!Cindy
Even though there was a lot of prep work, it was easy to stay on the plan and I always felt satisfied. I did not cheat once, which is a lot coming from a person with no will power. The time and effort forced me to make it worth my while. I lost about 3 lbs. during those ten days. Sugar is my personal enemy and this plan really helped me get off it. I continue to use about the recipes and have incorporated many of the new ingredients into my regular diet.Anna
